We want ordering, returning, and trusting us with your information to feel as unhurried as everything else here. If something below doesn't answer your question, just reach out.

Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days. Once your order leaves us, you'll get a tracking link by email.

Domestic: 3 to 5 business days

International: 7 to 14 business days, depending on destination

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We're not able to reroute a package once it's left our hands, so please double check your address before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

The item is unused and in its original condition

You have your order number or the email used at checkout

A few things we can't take back, for hygiene and quality reasons:

Meditation cushions once used

Any item marked final sale at checkout

To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll send next steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we've received the item back, typically within 5 to 7 business days.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to take care of your order and, if you opt in, to keep you posted about new rituals and releases.

What we collect: name, shipping address, email, and payment details processed through our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number ourselves.

What we don't do: sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, ever.

Cookies: we use basic cookies to remember your cart and understand how people move through the site. You can disable these in your browser at any time.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, whenever you'd like.
